Terms of Service

General Rights
As the artist, I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason.Please remember that I have a personal life outside of my work. Do not rush me. If you are unwilling to read and respect my Terms of Service, I will not invest weeks of work into your commission, and you will not have permission to use my art.By commissioning me or using my artwork in any way, you are agreeing to follow these Terms of Service
These Terms of Service take effect immediately upon commissioning or use of my work and remain in place until you choose to relinquish rights or they are otherwise revoked.Buyer’s Rights & Usage

may be used freely for personal purposes, as long as it is not, resold for profit claimed as created by someone else
Purchased art may only be sold, gifted, or traded if transferred along with the associated character. Individual art pieces cannot be resold separately.
Adoptables/character designs
You gain full rights to the design and may sell, trade, modify, or give it away, unless otherwise stated in a special TOS for that design.}Payments & Refunds
_{All payments are accepted in USD via PayPal, CashApp, or Venmo.
Factors that may affect pricing include:
Character complexity
Multiple characters
Large amounts of accessories or props
Wings, intricate designs, or unusual anatomy
Payment must be made upfront. Work will not begin until payment is received.
Payment plans may be accepted only if agreed upon in advance by both myself (the artist) and the commissioner.
No work will begin until the final installment of the payment plan is received in full.}Refund Policy
_{If I cancel a commission for any reason, a full refund will be issued.
If you request cancellation after I’ve begun, only a partial refund may be issued, depending on time and effort already invested.
Once the final product has been delivered, used, or accepted, no refunds will be given. Dissatisfaction after completion does not entitle you to a refund.
If a chargeback is made for any reason I will resell the artwork and you will be blacklisted.}Revisions & Edits
Revisions and edits are only offered during the sketching process. Once the sketch has been approved, additional changes will be subject to extra fees.Free Fixes include:

Edits to the same character (not replacing with a new one)
Corrections to things I may have missed, misunderstood, or forgottenA complete redraw requested after sketch approval will be treated as a new commission and charged accordingly.Major edits (e.g., new character, background, color scheme, or perspective) will incur higher fees; minor edits will have smaller fees, determined at my discretion.}Will & Will not draw
